ESKI is composed of three brands that service various markets: PixMob, klik and Safeteams. Our mission is to provide memorable experiences through our wearable technologies. PixMob helps create immersive crowd lighting experiences at live entertainment events, making the audience part of the show. Klik is a powerful business networking and information sharing tools for corporate event. Safeteams is our most recent invention. This product provides an effective automated contact tracing and contagion analytics capabilities.

Your role on our team
Supporting the R&D software team by helping remove roadblocks and solve technical challenges
Reviewing and challenging Product Briefs, User Stories and Functional Requirement
Owning software development timelines and coordination with other departments (Ops, Production, etc.)
Collaborating with the Sr Product Manager on the definition of the long-term roadmap
Organizing the work and tasks of the R&D software team, according to the sprints defined by the product team
Serving as the internal point of contact for evaluating bugs and issues related to our software products
Researching future software development needs identified by the roadmap
Supporting the R&D Manager in the technical assessment of new candidates for roles within the R&D software team
You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria
B.Sc. in Software Engineering or technical degree involving software design/development
Minimum 7 years of experience in full-stack software development
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack software team leadership
Comfortable with agile methodology, TDD and unit-testing, iteration, refactoring and pairing
Experience in cloud-based products
Experience in hiring for technical roles
Prioritization of rigorous documentation
Diplomatic and personable with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Nice to have
Experience with our current tech stack
Experience with managing a (partially) remote team
